We just moved to the area and was looking for a small, local shop to buy donuts and sausage rolls for the kids. We prefer to support local shops vs. the big retailers. Their sausage rolls were good, and their face to face service was friendly. But the next day I called them to ask for the name of a restaurant I'd seen in their shopping center and they refused to tell me the name of the restaurant! I explained that we just wanted the name so we could look up the number/website and go for lunch. They were rude and hung up on me...we will never go back. So sad.
