First of all reviews of someone's personal emotional experience are always inaccurate, anything emotionally said by people are not facts for a fair review. I hired Donn when he was buried with existing clients and my case had already been started with another lawyer. He was walking into a mess with me. THE FACTS: My divorce/child custody case. 1.) Donn took my case and did the best with what was already started by someone else. 2.) I saw first hand that Donn does have the experience in those court rooms and is a recognized and respected lawyer by everyone there. 3.) Donn's experience and confidence inside those court rooms is valuable to "you" and your case. I saw Donn in Jan. 2012 regarding custody of my step daughter (9) and my special needs son 2)! My ex-husband had been working out of State and was never present! His prices were honest and fair! I decided to try and handle the situation myself which led me know where and I came back to Donn in Jan. 2013! He never made broken promises he told me what he thought would happen and we took each step as needed! Attorney's are used to the day to day things that happen with any case! There helping us through rough times! IF there any good then there office will be busy which is good! I would call after receiving my ex's motions and I was so upset and frustrated but I felt relieved at how fast the underwriter got back with me and we kept the case moving! It takes a group of people to make things happen remember that if your going through a tough time! They always returned my calls maybe not when I called as he would be in court but he always called back and gave me my time when I was upset or confused! Alot of email communication which also works for me! Donn showed up to Court helped resolve issues before seeing Judge Harter! He was professional and although he had been at a Court case prior to mine he was well prepared and ready for me! Best Price in Town and worth more! Everyone has an opinion and if you feel your not getting answers you need call the office someone will address them maybe not at your demand as your busy but they will get addressed with in 24 hrs! more

I hired to him to handle my divorce. He did the bare minimum and told me to settle the day before the judgment. Threatened me with more fees if I did not settle. Got me the worst deal a man could get. He does not return phone calls. He never kept me up to date on my case. My experience with him was less than I expected. I would not recommend him to anyone. more
