Awesome crew. We are very pleased with the removal of a very large evergreen. From the minute they drove up all men worked in a safe and professional manner. So impressed with their teamwork. Can not say enough about how happy I am with the quality of their work. All of our neighbors where also impressed with them. Yes I will be calling them back to remove more of my trees and will refer them to friends. more

I had to call Done-Rite back to get them to come and do a lot of work that simply did not get done. It did not get done right, nor at all. After I said I needed the rest of the work done before I would pay the bill, I finally got them to come back. The person that gave me the bid was not on the job either time, however three of his flunky tree-trimmers were on the job. One admitted that they could not get any of their 3 chain saws to work so they broke the branches off instead. When I called to have them come back and repair the branches that were broke off instead of cut, the rude woman on the phone said they had no record of ever trimming my tree. Stay away from this company as the guy who gives the bid seems like a mediocre arborist, but the people actually coming to do the work do not seem to have common sense or even a minimal education. more

I hired Done Rite to remove a difficult Poplar tree that had grown around the power lines to my house. I am very particular about my trees and property. I was leary of hiring tree guys because my nieghbor had a terrible experiance with a small tree company that almost ruined her trees. I requested to see his insurance documentation and it was provided along with several pages of referances. He removed the tree promptly when he said he would and did a excellent job of cleaning up after he was done. His employees were well dressed and well mannered and had safety gear on the entire time they were working. I would refer him to anyone who wants a true professional to do thier tree work. I will hire him again. more

I live in the North End and needed 7 trees removed from my property. It was a difficult job because I have a canal going through my property. I was amazed at how careful the workers were with these Huge trees. It was very obvious that Gary took great care in the safety of his workers and all people and things in the surrounding area. He did my property in 2007 and I have since referred him to several of my friends in the neighborhood. I am getting ready to take another giant out and will be hiring him again. His pricing was very fair as well. more

We just had this company damage our car by dropping a tree limb on it in a parking lot downtown. They admitted the damage but will not give us their insurance information. The owner Gary is trying to force us to take our car to his ""friend"" to have the repairs done. If I'm not mistaken, I believe this practice is against the law. A complaint has been submitted with the city of Boise. BEWARE!!!!!! more
