Not impressed with the quality of staff nor the ability to carry enough clothing for my children to actually go to school properly dressed on the first day of school. 70% of what my children needed had to be ordered and I am just getting them almost 2 weeks after school started. The location is not convenient and my over all experience has been negative. If you have a choice to shop somewhere else, do it! more

Exceptional service and quality! 10/6/2008

I have students at 2 northeast suburban schools. Donald's was very easy to get to. The service was exceptional. I found it to be very organized and newly remodeled. They have a 2 story building all uniforms. My son is normally very hard to fit, the Donald's sales associates make fitting him a pleasent experience. I not only had a coupon but Donald's also gave my school a rebate, helping me and the school. This is my family's 3rd generation shopping at Donald's. We are happy to support local family owned business. Pros: They go the extra mile! Cons: I wish they had more than one location. more

Donald's was very disorganized, not at all pleased with customer service. Everything was just thrown on the racks, very disgusting, and in a very bad neighborhood. Not recommended for anyone to go to. Pros: Closer than Dennis Cons: Service, Neighborhood more
