Placed order only to be told at the end, that the crust I wanted was only available for large and x-large not for medium and thus would cost more,(it was mentioned no where as that being the case) go figure!! I get there and they tell me that the CC is down and to go to an ATM or store !!! Really ?? Why was I not told this when I placed the order; only 10 min from ordering to pickup and the CC went down ??? I just wanted to get a pizza I was starving; not drive all over town wasting my gas and time looking for an ATM. Monday night Football and everyone who orders pizza pays cash?? Really ?? How much business are they loosing..ohh wait..I think they wanted to avoid the CC fees and up sell me on the pizza size with the crust I initially wanted. Way to go Dominos!! Why don't you improve your sleazy customer service antics, as the best product in the world will fail with horrible service and to think there is a competitor pizza store on every corner. You should have way better customer conversion than this. Thanks but no thanks. I will take my business to the mom and pop stores. You lost a customer for life. Then again, it's only "one" so why would Dominos care !!! By the way, your commercials are about a better pizza, how about better customer service, from your franchisees!! Hmmm I wonder what would happen if CC machines went down when customers need to buy gas, food etc.. it's called having two transaction options; via sat network and phone line! On a volume dependent business like selling pizza one would hope that who ever is running the business has enough sense to figure that out. Then again, I'm not surprised!!
