From the moment I walked into Dollar Bank in Strongsville, I felt welcomed. They truly wanted to earn my business. Before I even opened an account with them, I was introduced to several members of their staff and they ensured me that ANY one of them could assist me in my possible switch. I had a couple of other banks to check out, but I KNEW that I was going to choose Dollar Bank in Strongsville.\r
