Prior to going to Loftus Family Dentistry, I was with my prior family dentist for over twenty years. Sadly, he passed away and I was referred by one of my company employees to this practice about five years ago. In the beginning he and his staff were very professional in their dealings with me. Sadly, in the last year, this practice went from good to poor, in the skill level of the owner, as well as the efficent handling of patients by his staff. Yesterday, January 25th, 2011, I have been blessed in locating a truly outstanding dentist in the McKinney, Texas' area that has all the qualities I was orginally seeking when I first started using the Loftus service. On a consumer rating of one to ten, from my forty-five years experience in marketing and sales training, I would say today, the Loftus Family Dentist practice should be rated a ""Three.""
