When we first started here the quality of service was first-rate. The staff was helpful and attentive and the amenities were clean. Now (after a couple of poor manager changes) the service has rapidly gone down hill. The tubs are often filthy and the grooming stations are covered in hair. Meanwhile, all the employees are sitting in front with no other customers, doing nothing to fix the mess. Not to mention they nickel and dime you for everything too. We were paying nearly 20 dollars just for the use of their facilities, soap and water. I was a loyal customer for over a year, now I will never again take my business to the Dog Club unless they fix their many problems.
Pros: Location is close
Cons: Expensive, dirty, poor service.
