Funeral director asked about payment, then obtained the insurance information and verified payment with the insurance company and intimated the matter was taken care of. He did not disclose that the deceased would not be cremated until Doeppenschmidt's bill was paid in full. He lied to his boss and said that he had disclosed this fact, in spite of the three of us who had met with him saying he did not. Then the owner, Mr. Doeppenschmidt, dunned us on the day of the memorial service! Shame on them!
