I always had issues with this ghetto place. They lost my rx. Then gonna charge me $10 for a new one. Then it magically Took like a month to get my contacts. Staff is rude an is very unprofessional, they walk around and act as if they don't have a lobby full of customers that need to be took care of. Its Always a long wait time after a year of terrible service I will not be going here again! more

I will never return to this store, or to any other chain store like it to have my vision needs met. \r \r I had prior experience, which was not totally horrible, but that has changed this year. The staff (in general-one or two of them really tried) does not appear interested in being helpful. Their demeanor suggests that listening isn't a skill they have acquired, and that they would much rather be doing ANYTHING else....than helping bring resolution to any concerns that I-as a customer-might have. \r \r They don't listen, they don't listen, they don't listen....and finally.....they don't really act as if they care. more

I was a little hesitant to go after the reviews I'd read on here about not only this office but other valuevision sites. I thought I would give it a try anyway. I was pleased with service, price, and promptness.\r \r I was greeted as I walked in the office, I found a good selection of glasses and was approached by a staff member who then helped me find the perfect glasses. I never know what looks good on my face but Liz was really helpful. I saw (I believe his name was) Dr.Landa and he was personable and knowledgeable. \r \r The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the lady who was helping me with my contacts was not very fast on the computer and I think someone else in the office should have come over to help process my order atleast after the second time she had to walk over to ask for help. So I could have been done sooner instead of letting the poor woman struggle to try and figure out how to give me the correct discounts. Team work would have benefited me the customer in this situation.\r \r The next day I came back for my glasses and didn't have to wait long to get my glasses. They were done the day prior but I chose to come in the next day. more

She caught a serious problem with my eyes, contacted a friend of hers in Nashville, and had me in Centennial's office the next day. Without her, I would be blind right now. \r \r She has since then taken excellent care of me. Can't wait to go back in a month for contacts. Pros: Great doctor Cons: Long wait time more

Terrible Experience! 9/23/2008

We had just an awful year's experience at the Antioch Value Vision. We ignored the bad reviews and still gave it a try. The following ensued:\r terrible customer service\r uninformed reps\r rude receptionist\r huge wait times even with an appt.\r misdiagnosis by doctor for my husband then she argued about it as she changed her mistake\r they ordered the wrong prescription twice\r overly long wait time for orders every time we ordered glasses or contacts\r big turn over in personnel\r lied to us regarding contract when I had my contract in hand to dispute, they still said it was expired in their records and would not accommodate me\r and MORE!\r \r DO NOT go there...really, go elsewhere...we wish we had heeded other people's reviews. This is a poorly managed store. Worst service ever experienced in any medical business. First negative review I've ever had to write!! Cons: Awful customer service, rude staff and doctor more

poor service 2/2/2008

I have been aleast 5 or 6 times to get contacts.The lady Dr. was rude she said I would not see clear with mono-vision .But I couldn`t really see anything clear.I am still trying to get the correct contacts .My glasses I am unpleased with also.They really do make you feel like you are a bother when all you are trying to do is get the right prescription. I would recommend you look somewhere else . more

Don't waste your time 8/10/2007

I had long waits and bad customer service. I would not recommend this business. They treat customers like they really don't need your business anyway, so go somewhere you will be appreciated and treated with respect. If you ask how long it will take, they say an hour, it takes 3, pay somewhere they will apologize instead of being rude like its your fault they didn't process your paperwork. The doctor was nice, but the rest of the staff makes the experience not worth the gas you put in your car to get there, let alone ""what insurance pays"" they make it clear its free to you so who cares, right? Well I do pay for my coverage, so to me its still my money, just going through the insurance and would rather support another establishment. When my glasses broke I had to order a replacement they never called me back kept telling me next week, ect. after over a month, I found the order was never processed for a replacement. They need process improvement and customer service training. Pros: Cheap price, good specials, good hours and availability Cons: Dont follow through, bad management, poor staff, mixes up orders, dont place orders. (took a month and still didnt order my replacement glasses) more

Lousy customer service 9/3/2006

This place made the wrong prescription for my glasses twice. On my third visit, when they did finally get it right, they treated me rudely and made it feel like it was my fault the are incompetent. Take your insurance money to someone else! more
