I am writing this review to warn others so what happened to us never happens to anyone else! This tv repair shop is the typical example of dishonest, cheating thiefs. After they promised for MONTHS to repair our tv or return the money I finally did research on the company because nothing matched up. All the lies the repair shop has told us is disgusting. ""next week,"" ""we will call you"" ""we are waiting for the part""...nothing has been true. They have not called us ONCE since giving them our tv. They still have our TV and hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Apparently we are not the first people that Doctor Tv or TV Guyz whatever name they are going by nowadays has ripped off. After reading other reviews I realize their scam. They rotate their deffective parts, while only accepting cash, so they can run off with your money without a trace. Their phone is disconnected every other day. There is no address on their website. They swore to us they would return our money and tv to no avail, like I said, everyday is an excuse. I am sick of this and putting the word out there to file a claim against this company to have them punished for their horrible actions. I guess I was lucky. Alex was 40 minutes late for our appointment in which he was to come to my house for a TV repair estimate. When I called, his response was, ""Oh. I'm so sorry. I lost your number. I have too much business in the shop."" I stated that this was unacceptable business practice. He had no other reply. \r \r It sounds like I was lucky as it appears that had he come, he may very well have absconded with my television never to be seen or hear from again. Owner Alejandro came to my apartment and promised to fix my TV in 2 days. He took the motherboard of my tv and left the actual tube. That was almost 3 weeks ago and he is no where to be found. He is unreachable and is not answering his calls. Left countless messages and called many times and no answer. I would suggest to use another company which is more professional and keeps their promises...or at least keeps you up to date with a service. For now we are considering it a loss, but i still want my disfuntional tv part. Who knows if he plans on selling or reusing the parts. Cons: Tv parts were stolen more
