DocSier is a private apartment company. The community is close to OARDC and ATI campuses, so many students, and researchers live here. Relatively low cost, convenient place for work. However, the apartment is REALLY small, most of the apartments are studio. But you know, for students, they can survive. Another good point of DocSier is that its lease requirement is relatively loose to meet the needs of students and researchers in OARDC and ATI. more

  • DocSier apartments are all fully furnished studio efficiency apartments for one or two roomates. The floor plans are the same except some units have a single double bed and some units have two single beds. The apartments are convenient to the OARDC (Ohio Agricultural Research Center), ATI, the College of Wooster, and downtown Wooster. Students and mature adults are all welcome. This is a drug-free complex in a private, quiet setting with plenty of grass and trees surrounding it.
