WE have had a terrible time with this company. When the installer could not make two of the countertops fit... he spoke with his boss and left saying the new ones would likely be in, in 7-10 days. We hear nothing from the company! My husband calls around day 15 and hears that they are waiting for them to come in..... so we continue to wait. On day 21, he calls them and they say they beleive they can fix the copunters that didn't fit and they need to talk it over with someone! So I call that same day and after waiting for a very long time on hold, was told my husband gave them the wrong measurments!! I asked why they sent that professional guy that worked for them to come out and measure if they were going to use my husbands measurements?? They said they ordered off of my husbands and then they came out and measured. Sounds like.. (if it is even true) that it is their problem. My husband doesn't install countertops! He was giving his estimate and they said they were sending someone out and they did!! SO now I have a kitchen with half green and half brown countertops. I was lied to about them being reordered, again about them being on their way. It is apparently our fault they don't fit!! This feels like lies and bad bussiness! When were they ever going to follow up with us if they (and they havn't yet) still hadn't even ordered new countertops! This is still unresolved at this point but if I were going to do it again... I WOULDN'T!! I told them them they can come reinstall our old countertop which we luckily saved for a friends cabin, and i will be getting my money back. We will see!\r
UPDATE! WIth an apology, our money was fully refunded and the other half of our countertops are scheduled to be put in next week!
