Paid over $600 for upper dentures. They knew when I left that they did NOT fit! Their answer, oh well we tried. Total rip-offs! If I could rate a -10 or larger I would. more

Had a good experience several years ago. Yesterday I had a tooth pulled and it was the worst experience of my life!! 10 am appointment and 12:30 before I finally was seen. My dentist (an Asian man) was EXTREMELY ruff with me & would not let up when I told him I was in pain!! Was originally considering getting Dentures there. But definitely not now!!!! more

I used Dixie Dental and caution anyone even thinking of using them to beware. They quoted a price for extractions, set of temporary teeth, and final set of dentures at $3,000. When we went back one year later, they said the final set of dentures was a separate price (fraud). In addition, after the initial removal of my teeth, they did not provide antibiotics, within two days I was in the emergency room with a major infection. Subsequent visit to a different dentist revealed all of my teeth should not have been pulled. I could have saved the back teeth and used two "bridges". These people are butchers and in the end, you won't save any money and could end up with a major infection. more

I have used Dixie Dental Clinic for several years. I drive to Daphne from Pensacola to have my dental work done there. The reason? Money. I get the same kind of dental service from them at 1/2 the price from a local dentist. The operative word here is CLINIC. It is not fancy and does not need to be. If you want a fancy, upscale, potted plant office, go someplace that is not a CLINIC. When I go, I carry a wrap, a book and a bottle of water. I prepare myself beforehand to spend a few hours there. No, I do not used the restroom there, but will leave and drive to a local fast food place. One has time to do that, just tell the office staff you are going. If I had the money to spend over $900 for a crown, I would stay in Pensacola. I needed two crowns last year and my dentist quoted a price of over $2,000 for both. I had them both done at Dixie for under $1,000. As an over 70 year old patient, it was worth the savings to use Dixie Dental. Again it is not a day spa, it is a CLINIC. My favorite dentist works on Wednesdays and that is when I get an appointment in order to see him. They get 5 stars for saving me money, 5 stars for office staff who do the best they can working with impatient clients, 3 stars for the ambience - which means nothing to me, but I can understand how others might feel...which gives them around 4 stars. Saving money outweighs one bathroom. more

family member went. only 1 bathroom for everyone to use with 40 people to share with.. Nasty in waiting room and exam rooms. who inspects these places. my rate for this place is a -1. go somewhere else. wait times unreal. they did not get to you when they said they would more

I went in last Friday and had my dental work done. Went on Thursday did the exam, came back Friday at noon received my meds. By one was called back for work to be do.I just love my new top plate and no more tooth pain for me. I will tell all of my friends to us them. Every were you go you always have someone not so happy. But I am a very happy camper. more

The service sucks...sucks...sucks I was at this office all day long they tell you to be here at certain times appt at 8:00 seen at 9:20 be back at noon to take meds the only thing they were in time for...be back at 2 for oral surgery... Not seen until after 3:30 what a crock ...paid cash up front for everything and wait all day long they should let people know hey we are not a timely business more

You wait all day, and all I heard as complaints about their services and I guess you get what you pay for because my dentures are way to big, and they didn't give me enough medicine to numb my mouth until I screamed or jump out of the seat first. They treated me like a number instead of a human. I honestly think the Doctors get a kick out of seeing me react to the pain they put you through. more

4 sets of dentures and 40 hours of waiting... still they are too big. The lab sux and the head dr does not care. He suggested fixodent for an ill fitting denture just made. Ada said dentures should fit. Fixodent said theit product was not intended for loose and ill fitting dentures as a solution but rather sn aid .the staff knows their lab has a qc problem and that they rarely get one to fit. I had teeth that were different sizes and twisted my jaw teeth that fell out like a rock .donut gums. And buck teeth whitch caused jaw spasms.it has been a.hellish nightmare... if that sounds good go see them... more

very good service wait time of about 10 minutes for both of my visits staff was very nice and professional dentist could have been a little more friendly, seemed preoccupied and not very personable but other thank that a very good experience, most importantly i am very pleased with the work performed more

If you have PLENTY Of TIME TO KILL BY SITTING IN A DRS OFFICE, call Dixie Dental. In the last 9 months , I have waited no less than 45 minutes to see the dentist. I have waited up to 2 1/2 hours. You are at their disposal. Do not expect any respect from staff as customer. more

The worst. I wouldnt send my dog there.I love my dog. If you want to wait and horrible service you get what you want with these clowns more
