They have HUGH turn over in staff!
The beds are clean and good!
They have package deals that require use of credit card! I wanted deal but not on credit card, but was only way to get the package deal.
They said if I paid by the 5th of each month in cash they would not charge my credit card.......well they did! Twice, the second time I wanted to speak to owner, he totally refused to talk to me. I guess he felt my business was unimportant to him!
Too bad for him, I'm tanning at another salon, that values me as client, and Im very happy there!
I work as stylist in the same neighborhood as distinctive tan and sent numerous clients to them......not any longer, I see on average at least 15 clients 5 days a week.....thats alot of damage!
Would have been so much easier for owner to call apologize and offer me a free months tanning for mistake!
Lousy customer service, and he treats his help the same way.....the girls there were nice but always complaining about him!
