My wife and I ordered 4 placesettings of Intrada Italy for a great price. The place settings came in good packaging and arrived promptly, but we noticed that one of the cups had a blemish on it. We contacted DishSet and they replaced it no questions. We had a tracking number for the new saucer the very next day.
We are almost up to 8 place settings and will be ordering from them again to get the last few sets! I would recommend this site to others.
