I called Diligent key & deadbolt service because I needed to have all the locks changed in my office. I was thinking I'd have to schedule an appointment for later in the week but they were able to come the same day and during a time that was convenient for me. The guy came on schedule, was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. He was also able to take a credit card payment on site, which was really convenient for me - otherwise I would have had to go out and find an ATM. more

After a really crazy night out with some friends from out of town, I came home only to realize that I lost my keys and my wallet with all my personal information. I broke my key in the door of my car and did not have a spare to open the car and take it home. I was parked at a meter and needed to get home asap! I called Diligent Key & Deadbolt Service and the guy was very helpful!! I called around and this was by far the cheapest company! He unjammed my lock and made me a new copy of the key as well as threw in an extra spare key. The service was also very quick and the guy was very knowledgeable about his job.
