He quoted me for an expensive treatment - 1800 for a porcelain onlay - and tried to get me to do it the same day. I called my insurance and found out that his prices were higher than the coverage. When I called back and asked what was going on, the office manager hung up on me. He may be a fine dentist, but his business is sour and tried to force me into a procedure without having had the options explained to me. more

They have one goal...take as much money from your pocket as soon as possible. They know how to make patients feel upset (rather than relaxed) concerning their teeth condition, and sell in time his blood-sucking treatment plan. The crown they made for me cost me more than 2,000 bucks (co-pay only! I knew it later on that they definitely overcharged) , but was remarked by other two dentists as ""reluctant for short-term use but was not well designed for a long term use"". I am lucky to find another really good dentist who think for patients and charge reasonable price. Pros: good equipment Cons: expensive, pain, not helpful more

I've been going to this dentist for over 10 years and they are the best! While the dentist is older, he is welcoming and energetic and seems a lot younger. They offer great payment plans and have always accepted me through changes in insurance. The staff is very nice and remember you by name everytime. more

This man is simply rude and money hungry. He kept me waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes while the staff rushed around. Obviously he needs to stop accepting new patients or hire more help at the desk! The phone rang off the hook and the girl at the front seemed overwhelmed. more

They are greedy businessmen rather than professional dentists. The doctor is at least 70 years old....although his skill is, on the other hand, ""young"". He applied small amount of anaesthetic which caused great pain. I only had one tooth needing care, but he and his female assistants tried to persuade me to accept a $30,000 plan for ten teeth. They made me feel very concerned about myself and I almost signed my name on their proposed plan. Thanks god, I felt so bad that I had to check with several other doctors, who gave me great and correct suggestions. I regarded Dennis Dierenfield Inc as a company rather than a dental hospital...probably due to ever-decreasing patient number they tended to charge as much as they can from each available patient.
