I called in for information and was hung up on! When I called back, I had to beg for their fax #. Insane. Cons: Poor customer service

Appointment 5/5/2010

I just had the call center call me to set up my appt and the Dr office had just called them yesterday so that was pretty fast. She was very nice and provided me with good detailed information. I hope the actual test and appt goes as well. Pros: very professional Cons: None yet more
