I had the complete opposite experience than the first reviewer, all three times I have been to this office. Perhaps the quality of their service depends on the day, or their mood? Who knows.
I have visited this office three times, twice for exams, and once to have them correct a mistake Dr. Devine made on my prescription.
Dr. Devine wrote me an incorrect prescription, with the wrong year of expiration on it - which makes it impossible to order contacts online. I had to call the office three times, then physically go in to get this corrected.
Each time I visited the office, I was made to wait at least 35 minutes for my scheduled appointment, so I recommend giving yourself a lot of extra time the day of your appointment, because you'll very likely be late to anything following your appointment.
Also, the office staff is surprisingly rude - one girl coughed in my face (she had a cold) while administering a glaucoma test, and another woman flat out refused to write out my prescription for me, so that I cannot order contacts online.
This happened after my second eye exam with this office. I went to Dr. Devine's associate, Dr. Gonzalez, to renew my prescription for the sole reason of ordering contacts online, but was refused the prescription that is necessary to do so.
I will never go back to this office, and would never recommend Dr. Devine or Dr. Gonzalez to anyone. There are plenty of other options in this area.
