We've been with Detail Carpet Care for more than 10 years. Our whole house is carpeted and we have two dogs so she was very careful about the spots the dogs had made. She was more than willing to move the furniture around. She would leave fans behind to make sure everything was dry and the booties to wear. They're willing to work with my schedule. The cost is always competitive. I've had other services, but I always go back to Detail because I think they do a good job. She's reliable and honest. She makes sure things get back in place. I've never had any complaints. She seems to go out of her way to make things comfortable for me and my family and accomplishes things in a timely manner. more

10+ years of above and beyond service 6/19/2013

Detail Carpet Care has cleaned my carpet on numerous occasions, and they always do an excellent job. They are always on time, respectful of me and my home, and they go out of their way to take precautions. They not only help move the furniture and get out the carpet stains, but they cover the corners of my walls so they don't damage anything in my house. In the 10 or so years I have used them I can't think of a bad experience! I would highly recommend Detail Carpet Care to anyone needing cleaning services! more
