I received one-on-one attention from Shirlee herself during my own personal design appointment. I was able to describe what I was looking for and Shirlee was able to vividly sketch the design down to the last detail. Her computer generated 3-D sketches were even more beautiful than what I had envisioned. I was also extremely excited to see the wax carvings of my newly designed wedding set! Throughout the entire process, I received incredible and personable customer service and felt valued as a client. I will definitely return for future purchases and one-of-a-kind custom pieces. I have never met someone quite like Shirlee before!
