I have followed Robert's LOUNGE collection for several years now. Watching his set design and interior design projects come to life displays his wide range of experience and skills, his infectious love of color and his ability to bring numerous elements together to create the perfect setting. Based on my love of his previous work, especially the LOUNGE pieces, Robert has inspired me to start redesigning our living spaces. Robert has been especially helpful in choosing fabrics, color schemes and placement, drawing on his many years of design knowledge. If you want boring design, look elsewhere, because his designs truly ARE on the edge! more

Robert Petril is a talented ,sensitive designer, with an extremely well-developed sense of style and a rare aesthetic appreciation for beauty. He has a broad range of interests and abilities .He carries an open mind towards all aesthetic trends with a very personal way of approaching and interacting with art ,exciting perspectives and creative ideas .His work is subjective ,energetic yet sensitive to subtle nuance. Recently he hired my firm for digital graphic design and I could see for myself, the infectious way he adopts a highly enthusiastic approach to whatever his does and his extraordinary ability to express inventive and creative ideas .I totally recommend his company for any kind of design project. more

Robert Petril was a Total Disappointment. NOT licensed and NOT insured. Dishonest, unethical, unreliable,unable to focus/stay on task. Unaware of his own limitations resulting in poor craftsmanship. Would NOT recommend. more

Over the last couple years, I have enjoyed reading the blog by Robert Petril, Design on the Edge. His design work is inspirational, cutting edge and he thinks outside the box. His furniture designs over the years have been an inspiration to me. He does not fear color nor a design challenge. more
