When I went in to get my awning fixed I had many other issues with electricals. Chad ( the most helpful guy in the world) not only fixed my awning and electrical issues , but , he explained everything to me so I could fix things myself. which is what I wanted to do. Chad told me I could call him if I had any questions. Easy to say ,right! Last weekend I was out at Ocotilla Wells and my refridgerator shut down. Chad spent 3 hours on the phone with me to get it reset and running. I'm a customer for life.
