I had to overnight a letter to my daughter....in a hurry, so I went to the nearest facility. Little did I know they charge twice as much for a UPS overnight letter! 60 something! ...

Great Customer Service 4/26/2012

I had to return a purchase and had a prepaid Fed-ex shipping label. One of the boxes was about 30 lbs. and no way could I bring that into the store myself. The owner came out to the car with a hand truck and took care of my shipment. I didn't even have to go in the store! This was my first time using Desert Runner and I got the royal treatment. They will be my first choice next time I need Fed-ex or UPS. more

EXCELLENT AND CONSISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 11/9/2011

Who wants to deal with the post office or wait at home for Fedex or UPS? Desert Runner does it all. I have been a customer for 4 years, as well as clients and friends who are so happy with their experiences. The services they provide save me time, money and stress. Whenever I need to send a package, notarize a document, send certified mail or check in to see if I have received mail, it is all handled perfectly. The staff is professional and manages to stay calm even when there are customers waiting. As a business owner, I know that is difficult to do all the time! more

stealing candy from a baby... 10/21/2011

I had to overnight a letter to my daughter....in a hurry, so I went to the nearest facility. Little did I know they charge twice as much for a UPS overnight letter! 60 something! Dumb me.... I found out later that if you go to UPS, they charge 34 bucks! Do the math. Gosh, they could have told me! Why charge almost twice? I can see a few bucks...but this is crazy. I will never use such a company again. more

Professional and Realiable 2/6/2011

I was a patron with the old owners,yes, they were not serious about how they handled the business. \r \r The new owners for the past 3+ years are very professional and friendly. The Desert Runner handles our mail and mails packages for us and we have never had a problem. They have been very courteous and helpful. more

Great Service 10/18/2010

I have used Desert Runner for many years and it has been a great experience every time. Everyone is friendly and professional. Recently, UPS lost a package I mailed from there and Desert Runner went out of their way to assist me in tracing it. You rarely find service like this anymore. more

Unethical Practices-I would not recommend giving business to them 10/12/2006

Linda Stronga would not notarize a document based off a government issued driver's license and credit card. She told me I had to go to a government office to get a document from them proving who I was and then come back to her. This is ridiculous. She even had me bring my 80 year old mother in to prove who I was and then refused service. I will be contacting the notary agency as well as other agencies about this unethical practice. I will also let all my clients know about this company's practices. more
