My Boyfriend and I spent a lovely peaceful thanksgiving in High Falls and wanted to treat ourselves to what we thought would be the best thanksgiving dinner. This was sadly not the case. The building is wonderful with so much character, and we had a lovely table by the log fire. But the food was just ok for the price. It is supposed to be gourmet but to me it was just average. Our server was rushing about all over the place and we didn't get all that much attention. Perhaps the busy thanksgiving evening proved too much for the restaurant, it certainly seemed this way to us. We will not be returning, we felt it a little over priced for the standard of food.
Pros: wonderful building
Cons: foods was just OK
