The Depot restaurant is located in the original depot for the railroad that operated on the Long Beach peninsula. The dining room is small and the kitchen is even smaller, but the food served is fantastic. Chef Michael and his sous chef are responsible for every food item served. What they do in that small space is nothing short of miraculous. The beef is tender and perfectly seasoned, the seafood is fresh, the chicken is equally fabulous. In addition to tasting wonderful, the food presentation is spectacular.
Wines featured are often from Chile, Argentina or Australia and are reasonably priced at around $5 per glass.
