I normally blown off these reviews. My exposure on Tuesday was excellent. They cared about how I felt during a painful procedure. The technician was delicate. I never saw a technician sharpen the tools to help minimize the pain. The staff was caring and made a point of using my name. My biggest problem is not the fault of the staff. It is the cost of dentistry today. more

The offices are very clean, welcoming and well equipped. I was suffering from an absessed tooth and was given the appropriate immediate professional attention which I appreciate very much. I was a walk-in on a Saturday with a serious tooth ache. Everyone was kind and quick to help me from the receptionist to the treatment coordinator to the to the x-ray technician to the dentist to the oral surgeon and all who assisted him. I can't say enough about how great my experience was and I will be moving my family to this practice next week. Thanks so much! more

While the dental care is good....the billing department is unorganized and uninformed. I, nor the other six people in my family, have never not had a billing issue after our visits. Either getting billed for something we paid for already, billed for a visit that was a no charge or billed for work not done. Total nightmare! Billing staff is rude and always confused about protocol.....plus the staff turnover rate is large so you very rarely deal with the same person.\r \r Due to the billing issues and rudeness of staff...we no longer use this office. more

i needed a check up and they got me in and out with a minimum hassle.\r dr simon was gentle and really tried to make me feel at ease, told some funny stories and got it done with no pain and even diagnosed a headache condition that i have been battling iwth for 15 years in less than 10 minutes i cannot wait to get that fixed\r this is my top recommendation of the month for sure more

Second-hand car dealer like dentist 2/7/2011

I went to their clinic by my wife recommendation. We told them we are using delta dental.Their manager said for cleaning and exam, we do not need pay anything. And a month later, they gave me a bill of 444. They charged quite a few procedures I declined. I am in middle to straighting it out with them and I will never use them again. They are cheap dealers instead of docs. more

Practice provides good care for every dental ailment 1/25/2011

My family has been coming here for several years for a variety of issues - well visits, cavities, crowns, root canals, TMJ, you name it and they have always taken great care of us. There is a good children's practice too that is very kid friendly. more

great practice for the whole family 8/9/2009

We love Dental Care and Dental Care Kids. My children get excited everytime we go to the office. The staff is very nice and the doctors are very attentative and patient with them. They really take the time to get to know the kids and explain things to them. I also find that the dentist helps me with strategies on how to brush and floss my little ones teeth which is not an easy task. I love the adult practice because I get to relax and watch my favorite tv show while the hygienist cleans my teeth. I also always walk out with a lot of information as to how I can best care for my teeth and gums. It is overall a fun and informative experience for the whole family. Pros: excellent care and service Cons: can't think of any more
