First off, thanks to Denny and his team for great phone and email support and one of the better most informative web sites I've come across.\r I originally had my heart set on another antenna that was 16' long so I could get the reception I was looking for from mounting it in the attic. While I was contemplating (for several days) on how to get this monstrosity up in the attic and then aim it between the trusses, my Brother sent me the link to Denny's web site. It was looking like the HD Stacker was going to be my best bet.\r I ordered it and temporarily put it together up stairs in the bedroom. I aimed it to where I thought was Seattle and to my surprise, picked up 29 stations. A few days later I got it up in the attic and roughly aimed it in the same direction and now picked up 38 stations with no pre amp.\r We are 30 miles south east of Seattle and getting 1080i on the major networks and a few others.\r I can't comment on the technical support, because I didn't need any, I put it together and plugged the RG6 in and it worked just like they said it would, I even received more stations than I thought were out there. \r Thanks again Denny. I had been a Comcast customer (victim) for almost 30 years and last fall decided it was time to say good bye to cable. I started searching for OTA antennas and quite frankly didn't have a clue of what to buy. We are in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago (50 miles from downtown) and was concerned about getting good reception. I stumbled across Denny's while using Google and went to thier web site. Thier web site has EVERYTHING that a guy could ask for - from searching available channles to antenna mounting hardware. Antenna stuff is thier only business and I figured I would just buy everything from them because being thier only business I figured they would only sell good quality products and boy was I right. I purchased the Stacker antenna, an amplifier and all of my coaxial cable and I have a perfect picture. We hosted a Super Bowl party and a few of our guests where doubtful that my picture was ""free"". I couldn't be happier with Denny's, great products, prices and SERVICE beyond my expectaions!\r \r One additional note. If you are even thinking about buying your coaxial cable at you local store - don't. Review the product that Denny's sells, made here in the USA and they sell it with or without quality ends on it by the foot. I replaced all of the cable in my house, some was crappy RG-59 stuff but that also improves your picture quality too. more

Thanks to Denny for presenting one of the most complete and honest commercial websites out there. His detailed information allowed me to plan and install the HD Stacker and receive astonishing reception of over-the-air television.\r \r I live in a townhouse, so rather than go through the hassle of getting association approval, I decided to install the HD Stacker in my attic. It was a tight fit, with all the cross-bracing from the truss roof, but the stacker is compact and easy to handle. I ran the coax to a Winegard LNA 200, then right to the cable entry point in our utility room. That's where I hooked up the power injector. Very little wiring was required (Denny happily accepts returns of things such as too much cable) because I replaced the cable-in coax with the antenna downlead. I moved the cable modem and base station for Internet to the same spot and ran it directly off the cable-in coax. Everything worked perfectly.\r \r We are 45 miles due south of the Twin Cities. I was worried that the signal would be too weak, going through the wall and all those cross members, so that's why I took the overkill approach with the stacker and the preamp. We get 29 stations, with signal strength in the 75-89% range, according to the antenna meter on my DTV. The quality of the picture is astounding.\r \r The dirty little secret of basic cable is that you can get virtually all of the same channels over the air with much better quality, if you are in a metropolitan area. Our stations split their signal (23.1, 23.2, 23.3, etc.) and run the programming you would see on some of those basic cable channels. At more than $30 a month for basic, we will pay for the whole set up in less than a year.\r \r Denny and his crew understand that business is really a partnership between customer and vendor.\r more

I purchased the HD Stacker antenna from Denny's and received fantastic support from purchase through installation and trouble-shooting. During my purchase, Denny walked me through my installation requirements and helped me select the correct antenna and preamp to suit my particular location and needs. After installing the antenna in my attic, I was disappointed with the number of channels I actually received, so I emailed Denny for some help. He quickly responded, asked me some questions and requested that I send him some pictures of the antenna. After reviewing my pictures, he was able to immediately trouble-shoot my problem... I had neglected to unfold two small tetra poles. Once I did so, I now receive 72 digital channels. I couldn't be happier with the antenna and the tremendous support I received throughout from Denny. more

Had a good experience ordering from Dennys recently. Ordered the stacker to replace a damaged old radio shack (their biggest at that time a real monster) stacked on top of a smaller shack item. Both came down in a storm and been limping along till I ordered the stacker and wineguard amp 200 something picked out on his site. Very pleased with results get more channels now than with all that aluminum up in the air. Fast delivery, just what I needed, well designed product. ordered the tools for cable assembly well worth the 50 bucks to make that many professional connections myself. I highly recommend their organization for purchase online. more

What a great site and a great guy. I live along a river with huge hills on both sides. Neighbors told me I was nuts to think I could receive any TV signals here. Denny's HD Stacker works great. I receive all of the major networks crystal clear. more

I purchased the HD Stacker and Winegard gable mount from Denny's and received it within two days. I assembled and installed it in only a couple hours and am thrilled with the reception. Since I'm 65 miles away from Chicago, TV Fool says I should only get one channel without miraculous efforts. Without a pre-amp, I'm getting over 50 channels and all are over 50% signal with the major channels (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX) in the mid to high 80% signal range. I even get one channel that's 20 miles in the opposite direction the antenna is facing. The assembly instructions were very clear and concise and the website has a LOT of useful information. I received great support before I purchased the antenna via email and telephone and while installing, called with a couple questions which were answered immediately and accurately. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this antenna or buy from Denny's Antenna Service in the future. Both come highly recommended by me, a new and extremely satisfied customer. more

I just wanted to write and let you know how satisfied I am with the new HD Stacker Antenna that I purchased from you. I live just about 60 miles N/W of Indianapolis, IN and I am picking up the TV stations from the South side of Indianapolis. I was using a big old flat head antenna on a tower and I am now seeing 4 TV stations I had never seen before. I had a Winegard AP8275 signal amplifier on hand and put it on the system. I actually had to remove it because it was overwhelming my distribution system to my TV''s. With no amplifier and only using the HD Stacker antenna itself, I have crystal clear TV in all locations at my place in the country. I am so pleased I researched all of this out and found that Denny was correct, it is the best HD antenna out there and he deserves the bragging rights! more

I purchased the HD Stacker Antenna and the Winegard AP-8780 TV Antenna Amplifier. I live in the Mountains of Western North Carolina. I live back a lane where cable is not accessible and trees were an issue with the dish or direct tv. I am happy to report that I now receive a station 60 miles away and several others. Their web site is one of the best antenna sites that I have ever been on. I was able to find out everything I needed to know and then some. I sent a question in about the amp and had my answer back in just a matter of hours. My neighbor saw my new antenna and asked about it, he'll now be giving Denny's a call. If you have stumbled on to them or they have been recommended, you are in the right place. I don't believe you'll do better. more

Denny, I ordered your HD Stacker last week and received ALL the parts (not even missing one nut, bolt, or washer!) in record time!, Thank You! (I wish all companies could do as well!) Next, I assembled and mounted the antenna, built all the cables and then was absolutely shocked when my tuner card found 47 channels! I'm pretty sure that the FCC said I would only get about 18-21. Excluding the time to trim branches, the entire job took about 5 hours. The construction and quality of the antenna is spot on! I am just astounded at not only the number of channels but the entire process! Thank You and your staff for everything, my experience with you shows just how far other companies could go in reaching this level of all around quality, and service! Awesome! After deciding to ""cut the cable"", I was overwhelmed by the diifferent choices for antennas and ""over the air"" equipment. Did I need a tower, rotor, big antenna, etc? I found Denny's from reading a couple of reviews I found online. I ordered the EZHD antenna and signal amplifier. All was delivered within a couple of days. I actually put the antenna in my attic, connected it to the existing cable splitter, pointed it in what seemed to be the right direction and I had the best picture on all of my TV's. The picture is much more superior than what cable provided. It actually took me longer to unpack the antenna and accessories than it did to connect everything! I am now saving about $100.00 per month thanks to Denny's Antenna Service!!! more

Greetings from Georgia. Denny and Rhonda, I received my new antenna and pre-amp (HD stacker and Winegard AP-8780) on 16 June 2011. I installed everything the next day. I've waited this long to contact you so I could give you an honest opinion as to how my new stuff works vs. my old stuff (we've been getting ""free TV"" for 10 years) We live out in the country and IAW the ""gov"" web site, the available TV stations are in Augusta, GA. and Greenville, SC, both areas are 50-70 miles from us. Usually, when the wind blows or a storm is within 30 miles of us, our TV reception goes somewhere................other than to our TV. I've had my new stuff installed about 2 weeks now, been through 5 severe thunderstorms with strong lightning, 55 mph winds and I still had great TV reception on most channels! All I can say is, ""Damn, what a great antenna and pre-amp."" Also, I want to tell ya'll that your web site is great! I'm 65 yrs old and my son calls me a ""tec-no dinosaur"" but I had no problems getting around your web site and understanding just what I needed, and thanks to you my understanding of free TV airwaves and how everything works is up to date. One calm and clear night last week, I turned my antenna towards Atlanta (120 miles away) and picked up 3 of their channels. Of course they weren't there the next morning. Right now I have 27 channels, ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, 6 PBS stations from GA, SC and NC. I feel like I got ""Free Satellite!"" TV. I've been meaning to comment for a while. It has now been one year since I officially cut the cable and went with over-the-air. I owe many thanks to Denny's and Denny's web site for the assistance provided. I've effectively saved $1,200 this year and my out-of-pocket was about $500 including a TiVo with lifetime service. I have three TVs attached to my antenna using a booster and everything works very well. Denny's help in giving me the confidence to set this up was key. It was only with reading their site and talking to your representatives that I got the confidence to set up my current configuration and I appreciate it both from a personal and financial perspective. The money I spent on purchasing equipment from Denny's was well worth it. more

I ordered and installed a Stacker antenna from Denny's. According to the web site's antenna selector I should get ""GOOD"" performance from it. I got excellent performance from the traditional large Channel Master antenna that it replaced. In fact it is marginal at best and certainly not worth the $230 that it cost. I am replacing it with a Winegard HD8200U that should work really good here. I should have known better than to rely on the sales hype on their web site. I could return it for a refund but I don't have the packaging and the shipping costs would eat up most of the refund if they really give them which I doubt. The antenna probably would be ok for local reception but it is definitely not for fringe areas. more

I first talked with Denny back in March of 2011 about replacing my old Winegard Chromstar 2 antenna. It had been working for almost 28 years, the preamplifier finally failed. With Denny's help, I chose the Stacker antenna with the Winegard AP 8700 amplifier. I was impressed with the help from Denny, he went the distance to help. I spent a rainy Saturday putting the antenna together and mounting it to my old mast. I had my doubts as to the small antenna verses the old Winegard. Upon pluging the new Stacker in and turning the TV on, all doubts were erased. Here in michigan, I can receive most of the Southbend stations, all of Grand Rapids and to the east, Lansing and Jackson. I can receive somewhere of 43 different stations. I told my neighbor about Denny's Antenna, he seen first hand the reception I had, and decided he wanted a Stacker antenna as well. I placed another order to Denny's Antenna for an identical system. A couple of weeks ago, we again spent a rainy Saturday putting up his antenna. He has since cancelled his cable service and is very happy with the antenna. Thank you Denny for such a great American product, I am very happy with you and your company. When I wanted to cut the cord from the cable company, I didn't know where to start. I found more information than I could have hoped for on Denny's website. It is informative and easy to follow. When I had learned about purchasing and installing an antenna, I made myself a shopping list of parts I thought I needed, and I sent the list to Denny himself. Within two days, he had replied to me with his recommendations, cutting out a few parts that I didn't need because I live so close to the broadcast towers. He also had some installation suggestions specific for my location and home. It was a few months later when I ordered the EZ HD Antenna, a mount, a signal booster, and a splitter. Everything was shipped UPS and arrived in two days. I was able to install the antenna in my attic and am now enjoying free TV in all the TV's in my house. The picture from the EZ HD Antenna is fantastic. The uncompressed signal is noticeably better than what Uverse provided, especially for live sports. I will definitely purchase through Denny again. more

I bought and installed an EZTV antenna and wanted some installation advice before installing. I spoke with a woman named Rhonda, who answered the phone, and she had no advice and just said to try it and see how it works. If I had any problems, I should call after I've done it. This wasn't great because that meant I would have to redo do the wiring if my plan didn't work out. I wanted an expert opinion about it so I wouldn't waste my time if it wasn't a good way to do it. After the installation, I called to explain how I hooked it up (sharing the splitter with my satellite dish) and that I wasn't getting all the stations. The same woman answered and she said she knew nothing about that. I asked if there was anybody there who did and she said Denny might but he wasn't there. I asked if she could have him call me and she said, ""I can give him your number."" As if there was some doubt he would call me. I asked if he returns his phone calls and she said, ""I honestly don't know."" She was a rude person that made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her. But it turns out she was right, Denny does not return his phone calls because I haven't heard back from him. Fortunately, I have a friend who was able to answer my questions. I will never buy anything from them again. Pros: Good product (as far as I can tell) Cons: Rude customer service reps more
