I only went here once (I don't have pets) because my BF was doing his sister a favor by bringing in her dog to get shots. I can see why she asked him to take the dog. The dog was so afraid to get the shots he wouldn't let anyone get close to him--he was growling, showing teeth, the whole nine yards. I was scared and I know the dog wouldn't bite me!
At any rate, it took my BF, the doctor, an assistant, and a towel to get the dog his shots. If I remember right I think the dog even scratched the assistant a little. My BF was apologizing for the dog about the scratches and the guy just brushed it off saying it was okay, he'd be fine.
When we were waiting for the receipt, the dog started acting up (he could hear the cats on the other side) so I took him outside for a walk. My luck, he ended up dumping on the sidewalk so I called inside the vet for something to clean it up with and they told me not to worry, they'd clean it up. Cool. (I hope they did anyway.)
