Dr.Dellaero did my shoulder surgury about 4 years ago and it healed up great. He is indeed the best shoulder surgen in north carolina. However the rest of Triangle Orthopedics need to take lessons in how to handle patients and it wouldn't hurt for the administrator Karen Maye to take a few lessons herself. If you want to talk about POOR management let's start with her. I can see why her young staff acts as inmature as they do look at who the manager is. TOA has the WORSE front desk staff i've ever encountered. They are the reason we have the Dum Blonde jokes. Most of them are young, blonde , and DUM. If Dr. Dellaero wasn't a doc there i would have no reason to go to TOA, and luckily my shoulder healed perfectly thanks to him and i don't have to go back. I worked with a pt named Eric Chapman he is the worse. Look out for him at TOA. If they schedule you with him for pt RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r
He shows no compassion when he is working with you as a patient. He is the worse excuse for a therapists. No bedside manner at all. If you must go to TOA for physical therapy get Rita Satterfield or Scott Woods. They are great and i'm sure the reason TOA still even has a pt department.
