I worked for delivery briefly last year and this place is a joke. rude obnoxious and cheap. cs manager is a cheapo with health issues and billing girly boy is another fool. save your money and cook your own meals at home. don't give them your business. more

Had I read some of these reviews I wouldn't have been so shocked when I called the customer service number to report a problem I was experiencing completing my order online and the rep. was unable and/or unwilling to manage my complaint and resolve the problem.\r \r This was the WORST customer service I have been subjected to in my entire life. \r \r Beware folks. more

apparently, these folks don't like it when consumers get called out for bad tipping. they threatened to sue this blog (along with an attempt at getting the creator fired from their day job) for doing just that, 15percent which is featured on tumblr ridiculous. it makes me wonder what their business practices are like. i'd never support them. more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - CHARGED FOR ITEMS NEVER RECEIVED 9/18/2010

I purchased Ideeli's vouchers for Delivery When I actually went to use them, the site would show you that applied the voucher, but then when it came to pay, it bounced back to the full amount of the order. a BAIT & SWITCH. When I tried to write and call them several times, I was just put on hold over and over again by the 'manager'. When they called me back the next day, it was 3 calls of pure static. When I actually received the order, items were missing. I have written/called six times now and they refuse to acknowledge or refund my items. BUYER BEWARE. more

RUDE - Do Not Get Delivery from DeliveryCom 10/3/2009

I ordered food from DeliveryCom for the Green Kitchen. \r \r First of all the delivery man took my 40.00 cash and then went back and told the owner I didn't pay him. I called deliveryCom to file a complaint and not only was the woman rude but she started giving me details of her discussion with the owner. She was defending him as if I had seriously not paid the delivery guy. Then proceeds to tell me it's not of their concern it is between me and the restaurant. \r What a hassle! Do not order from deliveryCom their idiots and run this place out of a garage. Horrible customer service and just nasty. Don't order from the Green Kitchen as their delivery person steals cash and then says you didn't pay. TRUST ME I DID PAY. Company with great idea but completed mismanaged 9/30/2009

I have been using delivery com for over 2 years now, I am very happy with the service you provide however I don't understand why the management at Delivery com allows Village Farm Grocery, to charge more on products sold via delivery com while the store offers the same products a lot more cheaper, example box of berries on the website at delivery com are $5.99 and orders over the phone offers the same berries for $1.99. The store claims to give 25% off on the first order via delivery com, but in reality they offer 25% off on products that already are sold at an inflated prices to offset the discount. \r \r May be, I fail to understand delivery com's business model but in this case it a no brainer It looks like Village Farm Grocery wants to bypassing the “middleman” Delivery com and wants customers to buy directly thru their store. As a result of this I still continue to use delivery com for all my restaurant need but for my grocery needs I shop at Village Farm Grocery directly. \r Pros: great service Cons: too expensive more

I dont know how thse people make money. They have the most unhelpful people workiing there, the customer service is awful. the unfortunate part is the restaurants are the ones who pay for it, ill never use deliverycom again. they are not helpful and have a poor website. seamless web all the way. Not Anymore 8/10/2006

Its all about Seamless at this point as this delivery service has become more atrocious as time has progressed. The options are becoming fewer and less stellar while the site has not endured as many updates as one might want. The customer service is not that great so if the site breaks, its your fault more than it is theirs. Be weary and if worst comes to worse, then call the restaurant directly.
