Delicacy Chinese Bistro is a very good Chinese restaurant. Located right off of exit 82 C in Rock Hill, SC, this restaurant is located in one busy area. The food is delicious and is all authentically Chinese. The noodles are delicious and the staff is also quite friendly. The noodles are really a must and the sauces are also a must.
