While we could not come to an agreement on the car I was looking at, I had a great experience with your company. Most recently, I worked with Steve and Joe, and prior to this with TJ. All were exceptional to work with.\r You consultants were great to work with. Yes, we had a number of sticking points and ""hard"" discussions, but I always felt like they were being honest and up front with me. Not the typical ""Sales Job"" or high pressure you see at so many other companies.\r Thank you to you and your great team of consultants for the great service. more

Recently, I purchased a car from your establishment so, I felt I had to send this letter regarding the service I received from TJ Frost. So, many times you hear the negative aspects of dealing with a car salesperson. So, I wanted to send a positive letter. I just want you to know that I was very impressed with TJ, he was professional, polite, keep me updated on his call to the bank, not once did I feel intimated. I know from personal experience, when my sister was shopping for a car. I mentioned and described the FX-35 to her a couple weeks before she even saw it. Even though she still shopped around and test-drove other Makes and Models at other locations. She ended up buying the car when she laid eyes on it in person. Email received from our customer 10/25. Picked up my new tires today, went with the Hankooks per you suggestion and they seem to be wonderful. Never really do this but wanted to thank you for a great car buying experience. Honestly, I usually dislike buying a car because of all the games traditional car salespeople use - they're usually transparent and frustrating. My experience with your team has been night and day from that - TJ was very straight forward and extremely helpful, Yost was initially a little put off by me ( probably as I was pressed for time) but really came through with the financing! And, when I noticed the headlight out, Igor made it truely painless to get replaced. I've got a few friends looking for cars ( I think one is looking at your C63 AMG ) and I will definitely tell them about my experience with Definitive! I'm also looking forward to having it serviced at your shop - funny, I noticed Harry at the desk was our former Range Rover service manager - he was the best thing about having that car. I recently had a car from Definitive Motors taken to a Mercedes dealership to get checked out. I promptly called to schedule an appointment after I had the car looked at for the following day. As I was on my way to Definitive Motors for my scheduled appointment, another salesman called me and told me that my salesman wanted to let me know he had sold the car that morning. No courtesy call from my salesman after I had spent money getting the car checked out the previous day. I would NOT recommend doing business with Definitive Motors. more

I recently purchased a GX470 from Definitive Motors - after a long search throughout the greater Seattle area, a friend (who had purchased an A4 wagon a month prior from DM) recommended contacting Fred for help. I came in on a Sunday to meet with Fred, who was very knowledgable, candid and helpful - In a nutshell, we ran through some of DM's inventory, found the right fitting truck, and had me financed in under an hour or so! All in all, I couldn't be happier with the customer service and merchandise - I'll defenitely be buying again from Fred and Definitive Motors in the future! more

I really appreciated the way I was treated. A friend of mine referred me, so I decided to check them out. Went to their website and was impressive with all the nice cars they have and how easy it was to navigate through there site to find the car I wanted. I called them up and the whole experience went smooth start to finish with none of the high pressure sleezy feel. These guys are truly running a first class dealership. If you're looking for a late model preowned BMW, Mercedes or any other luxury car, this is defiantly the place. more

I usually dont write refviews, but it is refreshing to find an auto dealer who delivers on what they promise. I recently purchased my daughter a pre owned BMW 325 sedan for college. I fould Defintive on Autotrader and stopped in. They showed me a inspection report on the car and all of the service work that they did to it, got a great loan for me at Wells Fargo and had me in and out in 45 minutes (as promised). Last time I bought a car, it took all day :(. Thanks to the guys for taking care of me and my daughter, she is really enjoying the car and I will be back for one of those dream machines out front! more
