If you're not in with the ""boys club"", you will be harassed. Technical support's manager and supervisor are cold, careless and abusive. They will make up lies and have customers file fake complaints just to get you out. You will be easily replaced and how, I do not know because training takes at least 2 years for almost everyone with to learn the basics. They treat their customers poorly since the current manager took over and priority is to get the customer off the phone and not to fix the problems of which there are MANY. Programming treats support as if they are beneath them. The owners are insane, impulsive and seedy. Trainers have been sent on location to train on things that will never be programmed and thrown to the wolves and made the scapegoat when the customer finds out what they were sold does not exist or work as agreed upon.
