I have been a loyal customer at Decoys for over 3 years. I recently moved back to Hopkins and decided to bring friends to Decoys. After arriving we went to the bar to receive a drink, "Allie" the bartender continued to talk to another customer for over 5 minutes so we had to walk right up to her to receive a drink. This continually happened over the night with only 5 customers at the bar. The bartender was singing Karaoke with the waitress acting as bartender and would give body shots on the bar to older "gentlemen". She was continually drinking herself throughout the night and was obviously drunk. I became frustrated and decided to leave. Myself and my friends attempted to pay our bill when she refused to give us our cards back. Allie told us to "get the f*** out of her bar and she owns the place" and tried to take our drinks away and continued to spill them on us. Allie finally came out with our cards and pushed one of my friends then continued to give her sister her card and pushed her against the railing. After this we called the cops and nothing was done. BOYCOTT DECOYS!!!! Pros: nope Cons: everything more

Where do I start? Decided to try this place because my group of girlfriends loves the karaoke host, and he had recently started doing a show there Tuesday nights. Reserved a table for 10+. When I arrived and claimed the table, nobody would come to the table to help me although the table 5 feet from bar so waitresses just standing around chatting with bartender were in plain sight. Went to bar, ordered drink. When friends came a few minutes later, we had trouble getting any service AT ALL... Then people started just sitting at the end of our table - politely told them we had reserved the table but were told by bartender NO we had ONLY reserved for exactly TEN people so ANYONE cuold sit in the extra seats!! OMG... Our food took FOREVER and we could only order as we insisted on help....one person's bill came BEFORE she was served... The bartender called our table ""bitches"" to other patrons -- we only found this out because other patrons liked us and felt sorry for us, so the TOLD us... The worst part of the evening...a very very drunk girl in micro-mini, revealing shirt and THONG dancing around in super-high heels...she could barely even walk and was too drunk to speak coherently. Our party became concerned and approached her ""friends"" (2 men that allowed/egged her behavior on) to see that she was safe and had good transportation....they were polite and said she would be fine, so we decided we would leave it alone unless her behavior continued... Continued it DID....she was falling into the karaoke equipment, laying on the floor gyrating and exposing that thong for all to see....the BARTENDER - a girl named ""allie"" - yelled at OUR TABLE from the BAR that THIS IS HER BAR AND SHE HAD EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL.... We remained concerned for the girl after this weird exchange - and one of us who is a lawyer confronted the bartender and challenged her a bit because it is illegal to serve someone so obviously drunk. I could go on and on but needless to say, we will NEVER go there again. Pros: none except no patrons so can sing more songs at karaoke Cons: too many to list more

I love the pizza and during happy hour you get $2 off. You also get $2 off the appetizers during happy hour and two for ones on drinks. They don't short you on the booze either. All the waitresses and waiters are friendly. They have bands on the weekends. Pros: Food and Atmosphere Cons: Nothing more

Not a friendly staff went with a couple friends- one of us ordered the fish fry all you can eat and took forever to get it plus they bring two small pieces at a time. Avoid the place -not worth it! more
