Decorative Concrete & Design

I had work done by them in the summer of 2009. It took me three times to get them back to do the job 'right' and I still didn't get what I wanted. Now it's cracking and I will likely find someone else to fix it. If they are the same owners, I am not sure I want them back, even for free. more

My husband and I called Decorative Concrete for an estimate on redoing the floor in our now enclosed garage. Francine came by today. She was unable to tell us square footage of the room, but was able to come up with a price - $3,200.00. She then told us she knew it was a tough economy and we would not be able to afford it! She then suggested we buy carpet REMNANTS to recover the floor. I have never been so insulated!\r \r We called the company and spoke with the president - Frank Watson - to lodge a complaint. In a few minutes, Francine called. She said she owned the company and if we thought we could get her in trouble, we were wrong!
