unsafe installation 11/20/2012

I won't comment on delays in service. Gas fireplace insert installed. Gas leaked. Service tech "repaired" leak. Leak still noted. Hired other repair tech who noted that incorrectly sized connector was used. Delays I can deal with; gas leaks I cannot. Poor customer service is one thing; unqualified installers and unsage installations are another. more

Believe me...go elsewhere! 3/4/2010

Friendly staff good at apologizing for all their errors...like installing 8 inches off center, not showing up for repair appts, shattered glass and more! Apologies, yes. Making it right, no! I should have waited at home twice for an install and then a start up. We are now up to SIX times due to their installers' errors as well as their schedulers' errors. Let's see if they can get it right on visit # 6. Another four hour window waiting for them! Do yourself a favor and don't use this company. more
