The carpet is taped down over the mold. His office is from the 60,s The parking lot is filthy and full of trash and watch out for the three foot deep pot hole. when you get to the worn out leather strap torture chamber treatment room you are in for that old smell of your high school locker room. Now he can not take insurance because of insurance fraud... Good luck with DePativo. more
