David's Bridal Coral Gables FL

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at David's Bridal in Coral Gable. The girl who helped me (Delia) was an absolute angel. She was so helpful in pulling out dresses (many pretty heavy) and putting me into them with a huge smile on her face. No question seemed too much for her. She understood exactly what I was after and made me feel very special. This was the first wedding shop I walked into and the last one (as I walked away with my dream wedding dress). Something needs to be said about Manuela - the seamstress- a true true professional- elegant, sweet, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She has the eye and you feel like you are in the right hands (literally) as her magical hands perfectly fix the dress to your body. I wish she were on site for my wedding and I'm sure Karl Lagerfeld wishes he could have her on his team of seamstresses. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who is looking for a great dress at an affordable price with the help of very professional, friendly, and understanding staff. more

The people who work at David's Bridal in Miracle Mile are downright RUDE. I have never had such a terrible experience at any store. Brides, avoid this place at all costs! They will make, what is supposed to be a lovely and fun experience, into your worst nightmare. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!!!! more

My mother and neice walked into Davids bridal without appointment and were searching for my flower girl and Brides maid dresses. Delia was so helpful in assisting us and recommending what to do about ordering and how long everything would take to be ordered. Great customer service! more

The excitement of shopping for my wedding dress with my mother, was ""brutally sabotaged ""by the horrible experience we encountered at the store in Miracle Mile, Coral Gables!\r The culprit was the woman (Natasha) who instead of helping me find the dream dress of the most happiest day of my life, was rude and insulting! I am a size 12-14 (and that is not an uncommon size.!).....but she repeatedly said I was ""too big"".....and refused to bring me the dress I wanted. Even though I explained to her that I had already tried on the dress on a previous visit, but she said that I was too big and even though my mother kept telling her that I needed a size 12 or maybe a 14, she insisted on showing me only the dresses in a size18 and larger!!!!!!! \r This awful woman ruined what was supposed to be my moment.......I left in tears and I hope no other bride will suffer under Natashas evil spell!\r I know that her lack of simple people skills and professionalism should not reflect on David's Bridal stores, and I sincerely hope this issue can be addressed accordingly.\r \r \r \r \r Pros: good deals, nice selection Cons: terrible service more

David's Bridal in Coral Gables has HORRIBLE service. After arriving for my appointment, I waited in the doorway for about 10 minutes before being seated. The place was packed. I picked out wedding gowns from the magazine that I wanted to try on, then was told it would be about another 20 minutes before the attendant could pull the dresses. She suggested I walk down the street and get a coffee while I wait. Upon returning another employee very rudely told me to dump out the drink or I couldn't come in. (I was no where near any merchandise). About another 10 minutes passed since I dumped out the coffee that I was told that I could get...I was still waiting to try on dresses, and have not even seen the original person who was helping me. So I started to browse the racks by the door to pass the time. The same rude employee stopped me and told me that I was NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH the gowns without an attendant. (They were in plastic!) And it had been over half an hour since I had seen the original person who was helping me. By this time there was about 20 minutes left until the store closed, and I was in tears from how this woman had treated me on a day that was important for me. Do NOT go to this store. It is not worth your time and aggravation. more

i have to admit when i walked into the davids bridals on miracle mile it was a zoo. there must have been 50 brides running amuck. but i was greeted and told there was a waiting period even with my appointment which was not a problem. the lady who assisted me, Ashara, was very pleasent and helped me pick out a dress that suited me. i was going with a white dress with a red ribbon and it was not for me. so she picked out an even more beautiful dress in the same price range and i was totally happy with it. the help was fantastic the staff was even better than fantastic and i love my wedding dress. thank you davids bridays on miracle mile. - Donna H. Service was horrible at this David's Bridal in Coral Gables. It took forever to get service and when we finally got a sales rep to help, she disappeared while we were in the dressing room. David's Bridal has good financing options and dresses at good prices, but just don't go to the one in Coral Gables. Pros: good deals Cons: Bad service more
