Worst Agent Ever-Stay Away from him 9/26/2011

The worst agent ever. Never use Mike Braheny as an agent. He is dishonest, hostile and the worst agent. He will charge your account even when you tell him to cancel and then tell you that you have to pay him. He is rude, all about money and he keeps telling you that allstate took a rate increase and he have to charge you more. Then if you tell him you are going to leave he miraculously come up with a way for you to save money. Then if you decide that you still want to leave, he will take your bank account information and charge it and then tell you that you owed allstate money. Please, please please stay away from him. He is not about customer or customer satisfication, he is all about money, money money and he will continue to charge you more on your policy even though you have not had an accident in 7 years. I was with him did not have an accident or a ticket in 7 years. yet every year my insurance was going up because allstate had a rate increase, he is a crook more
