I first went in May 27th but wasn’t quite ready to buy and since everyone there was so nice to me I decided to come back especially since Roman had followed up with me without putting the "aggressive sales pitch” on me and said I may be interested in a few deals. Now that I was ready I decided to go and worked with him to get the Sporty Accord my very own 2010 Red Honda Accord Coupe I’ve longed for. I had a decent deal back in May but I wasn’t ready and now I got an even better deal but what I wanted to thank them for was for being professional, not aggressive or pushy and outstanding customer service. It really shows when you care about your customers and I couldn’t have had a better experience elsewhere....trust me I tried other dealers and no one compares to this one. more

If you wish to leave ur car there for servicing, make sure you are there for that 2-3 hours. Else be ready to pay an extra $200-300 - unbugdeted which you will be told over the phone in a manner you cannot refuse. also - make sure u make them spell out cost of parts and cost of servicing SEPARATELY as they have no shame in meeting their numbers at your expense. more

bought a used 1998 Toyota Camry from this company, using a credit card, and when I got the car home it was pouring oil. I immediately took it back and told them I did not want the car because it appeared to have a major problem. The sales person, Veronica Engle, told me that in the state of Texas a cash deal was final and the deal could not be undone, but that David McDavid would fix the problem. This place is a joke! I was told I was going to get zero down with a special program, they knew I had no car at the time and had to take a taxi. I paid $80 to get there and did a bait and switch on me and another salesperson told me they need several thousand down. So I was stuck in irving for several hours with no way to get home which was a hour away. So I paid almost $200 for both ways. They never cared, they are cold & heartless that only care about themselves. Zandra is a joke. Thanks a lot! more

David McDavid Automotive Group is a good dealer ship. They have nice selection of cars. They have good agents here. they have a large variety if cars. have a large stock of cars. They will give you good deals. they have a lots of used cars also. They customer service is good hare . They have a nice location. I will recommend them. more

We had went to this dealer a few months back and the salesman was very friendly so we thoght we would go back to this dealer when we where ready to get a new car. So we went back last week but the salesman we had spoke to was not there so the manager puts us with another salesman. This was a not a good salesman at all!! We told him what we wanted and how much cash we had to put down. He shows us a New Pilot and we loved it but then he tells us a few minutes later we could not have it for I didnt have any credit on my report. It wasnt bad credit it just wasnt any for I pay cash fro everything I can. So he starts showing us used cars that we kept saying we didnt like or want yet he would stand there and keep telling us about the car anyhow. I also kept telling him that we would only buy either a HONDA or a TOYOTA and yet he would show us off the wall cars by other manufactors. He let there and went straight to the Arlington Tx Dealer and got a NEW car for the same price he said we could not have with no problem at all. more
