My Maxtor drive was the primary one on my computer and died when the power went out (I correctly assumed). The DataRetrieval technician responded quickly to my call even though it was quite late in the evening. He confirmed that it was indeed a power spike just before the blackout that had caused the problem, and quickly proceeded to get my files back for me. You really did an amazing job, getting my data back. Thank you. more

I did not think that such super efficient companies exist. I just tried DatRetrieval thinking that I have nothing to lose… and I was delighted to find that they could get my data out. It saved so much trouble, money, time. They are really, really, really good – these guys!! more
