Datanet Consultants -- Not Reliable/Not Honest- Complaint 4/11/2011

We paid Datanet Consultants for a year of maintenance and service on our copier. We paid every month. There was not a single month without problems. The last 4 months of the contract have been a nightmare. They are uninterested in fixing the machine. We had another company check it out after the last time that Datanet claimed to have put in parts (for which we waited 3 weeks) and the other company found no new parts. Datanet had been fixing the old parts with electrical tape! Do Not Use These Guys. more
