...there's a real Irish restaurant in town!
Don't expect any hokie shamrocks or clovers on the walls of O'Connell's, this is the real deal. Just opened a little over a week ago, all the woodwork - from the bars to the booths to the pine flooring, was imported from businesses in Ireland. The menu is short and simple (and a bit $$$) but the atmosphere alone is well worth the trip.
Take a seat at the bar if a pint is all you want and there's a good chance you'll have the opportunity to chat with one of the three owners...all from Ireland themselves.
