I just wanted to start off by saying that I work at Dan Fast. I'm sorry Summer for Kicking you out of my office, but you were yelling in my office and I know you were just trying to make a scene in front of the other customers. I'm sorry that you guys tried to fix your truck yourself and ended up BREAKING your bolts. But if you would have just had us do the job right the first time this whole thing would have been different. more

This is a horrible place!! They're motto should be ""we'll pull a fast one on ya"". I brought in my truck for a simple exhaust pipe re-hanging job that was supposed to be completely the same day, they ended up keeping it for 4 days and trying 3 different times to raise the price. Luckily my husband knows about cars and told them no to the things they were attempting to add to our already too high bill! I finally was able to pick it up today and none of the work was done that they agreed to do! My truck now has a new rattling noise from they're shotty pipe hanging job. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and will never recommend them to anyone!!! more

Best Car Repair Place of All Time 11/25/2011

Dan Fast is truly fast, competent and good guys. I've gone there multiple times, and have been more than satisfied. Today for example, I went there because I smelled exhaust. After checking it out they told me I didn't have an exhaust leak but something else. HONEST!!! I've also had the misfortune of having to replace an entire engine. They were fantastic, and after the engine place sent me a bad engine they worked with me to reduce labor costs on the second install. Can't say enough good things about them. Don't believe the negative reviews. I've used them fo ryears and have never had any problem. more

Do not do your brakes here 9/4/2011

I went there once and will not be servicing my vehicle here again. I cannot speak for their muffler service, but had a full brake service performed (roters turned, pads, fluid flush) - they did'nt bleed my brake system (had to go somewhere else and repay for the flush) and as for the rotors and pads... inside 4 months I had to get the entire job done all over at another shop. Again, Do not do your brakes here! more

Crappy service, employees act very unprofessional, spend your money elsewhere. I would recommed CarNuts in Bellevue Cons: Everything... service, knowledge, etc. more
