I have never been treated with such disrespect. I have an HMO insurance, Dijani Dental was selected as my PCP, I called to make an appt for the next month and the male receptionist refused to help me. He could not find the list that showed I was a patient so he felt ""uncomfortable"" giving me appt info. He was rude, he talked down to me, he yelled at me and was extremely unprofessional. He finally told me the dentist didn't want to see ""someone like me"" and then he hung up on me ... 3 times. I called back the next day to speak with the manager and she wouldn't even get on the phone becuase I ""was not a patient."" How unprofessional! That doesn't even make sense! I never met the dentist but if she/he is anything like their receptionist and manager, they are horrible! I would rather be kicked in the face by a horse then go to this dentist.
