The shop has really friendly artists/staff. They were very helpful. Will draw up a custom design. I saw an awesome portrait on a customer that was just finishing up. Amazingly realistic looking. Have been to another shop in the area and the vibe was just not great. Would definitely recommend Pros: very comfortable, non threatening atmosphere and CLEAN!! Cons: Was really busy and had to wait about an hour for an artist to free up, but worth the wait more
