The good and the bad. Thank you for the repairs on my vehicle when it was needed. You're knowledgable help and friendly smiles are much appreciated. But after spending almost $500 dollars for repairs it would have been nice if we were told about the $50 off coupon you are offering for services of $200 or over. I've been to other businesses that have come right out and told of any specials they were running prior to having the work done. I really wish we were told as well without having to go on your website (which we had no knowledge of) and print out the coupon, which somewhat dissapoints me. I rely on "word of mouth" and the honest service of a mechanic or garage. That's what keeps me coming back and telling others. I have always trusted you in the past but not disclosing something you offer that would help out a customer and keep them happy and/or spreading your honesty, makes me scratch my head. Would've been 5 stars without this. more

Routine Oil Change 5/10/2012

I decided at the last minute to squeeze in an oil change for my truck. I drove over and Gaby was able to take care of me on the spot. I waited no more than 10 minutes and Gaby even buffed off a small scrape on my front bumper. Gaby is a great service provider - one of the best! more

Daaboul & Sons always gives you the straight scoop, doing only work that is necessary, and telling you when additional work might save money in the long run. They'll order the parts or let you get them, and they'll usually fix your car the next day -- since they work 12-hour days. I trust them and do not hesitate to recommend Daaboul to others. more
