Bought a brand new reclining sofa and love seat. Had problems with the delivery because somehow the delivery people had the wrong number for me, even though it was the correct number written on my invoice. Delivery informed me they had tried to call me multiple times and had even went to my address and "tagged" my door because no one was home. Someone had been home all day waiting for them, and no tag was left on my door. So that part was just a lie. Told me they were going to have to reschedule but after telling them I had to have the sofa and love seat that day because I had already gotten rid of the old one, they ended up coming. While the delivery people were bringing the sofa and love seat inside, they completely broke my front door. Ripped paint off the door and completely bent the trim. My front door will not even close. Called them and told them and they were extremely rude to my husband and I. We were asked to send pictures of what they broke and they would call us right back. We never received a call back. The following day we called the DT Mccall store and explained to them what had happened and they gave us the delivery supervisor's number. He was extremely rude to my husband and kept cutting him off while he was trying to speak. Said someone would definitely be at our house before five o'clock to fix the door. We explained we had appts at five and had to have someone there before then so we would be home. We waited around until 4 pm and called back to ask when they were coming and we were informed no one was coming and wouldn't be able to until the end of next week! We explained the front door not closing was a safety issue and we had to have it fixed right away and were told there was nothing they could do right now. They have no regard for their customers and are extremely rude. We told them they would be getting a call from our landlord and could then take it up with her and we were told that was unnecessary. Needless to say, my front door is STILL not fixed and we are not getting any help at all.
